I used Robert in 2016 and 2017. And I am beyond happy that I did. I am a Canadian in the US on a J1 Visa. As a foreign resident, I just had the biggest headache figuring things out myself, and trying to identify what forms to file, as well as what the appropriate deductions were. In 2016, when I first set up with Robert, he spent Hours trying to figure out the intricacies of US non-resident Tax law, and figured out exactly the best way for me to file, and the best way for me to get the appropriate deductions that I had deserved. Despite how complicated my case was, he was completely patient and extremely helpful every step of the way. In 2017, he filed this incredibly complicated case where 2 nonresidents got married, 1 became a resident, the other stayed a nonresident, and basically every convoluted tax law/situation applied. And he did it amazingly! I would definitely say Robert classifies as an expert on Nonresident/foreigner tax law, and I will continue to use his services as long as he keeps offering them.

I've been getting my taxes done with Robert for the last 2 years and let me tell you, he's been fantastic! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. He was patient with me and thorough. The first year, a friend of mine recommended him because my taxes were complicated with me working in 2 states within the year. He did an amazing job and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my taxes. I live 3,000 miles away and would choose him over any other near by tax preparation service.
